- Star of Bethlehem - for trauma and drowsiness,
- Rock Rose - for terror and panic,
- Impatiens - for inner tension and irritation,
- Cherry Plum - for the fear to lose control, and

The Rescue Remedy Dilution has to be taken in a concentration twice as strong as that of other remedies. You either take 4 drops per administration or 6 drops in a 30ml-bottle, as decribed above. The Rescue Remedy Dilution should always be ready at hand in any cases of crisis.
